Position Overview:-
We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer & Experience Lead who bridges customer experience, design and technology. You’ll lead UX thinking, confidently engage with clients and translate complex business requirements into intuitive, technically feasible digital experiences.
Location:-
This role is hybrid, providing some flexibility to work from home. However, candidates must reside in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and be prepared to attend in-person meetings as required. Occasional travel to client sites or conferences may also be necessary.
What You'll Do
Lead the work, from discovery to delivery:-
- Lead UX strategy, customer journeys, information architecture and user flows.
- Facilitate client workshops, present design recommendations and confidently articulate UX decisions.
- Work directly with Technical leads, Development teams, and Program managers to accommodate tech restrictions and support project timelines
- Translate business requirements into wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with developers to validate technical feasibility and platform constraints.
- Guide our global design team and maintain design quality across projects.
- Support design systems, accessibility and development handoffs.
- Propose, participate in, and support UX studies and biometric testing for clients.
What We're Looking For
Craft, clarity and client confidence:-
- 5+ years of UX/UI or digital product design experience.
- Strong client-facing communication, presentation and storytelling skills.
- Experience leading UX workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Strong understanding of UX architecture, interaction design and customer experience.
- Technical understanding of HTML/CSS, responsive design, CMS platforms and integrations.
- Advanced Figma skills and experience with design systems.
- Experience with complex websites, eCommerce, or digital platforms.
- Ability to independently lead UX workstreams from discovery to delivery.
AI Integrgation
Design for AI, from idea to integration:-
- Experience designing AI-enabled features such as conversational
- assistants, smart search, personalization, or recommendations.
- Ability to map where AI fits in a customer journey, including inputs,
- outputs, edge cases, error states, and handoff to a human.
- Experience working with developers and data teams to define how AI connects to existing platforms (CMS, CRM, eCommerce) and what data it needs.
- Practical use of AI tools in your own design process, such as research synthesis, content drafts, or rapid prototyping, with clear judgment on when not to use them.
- Understanding of responsible AI in UX: transparency, user consent, accessibility, and reviewing AI outputs for accuracy and bias.
- Ability to explain AI capabilities and limitations to clients in plain language and set realistic expectations.

Salary Range:- $70,000- $90,000
